How We Present Properties

Wild Sea Spin Bonus is an independent guide. These notes explain the categories we use, why numbers and rankings stay off the page, where photography comes from, and how listing links work.

Section 1

The categories every entry is read through: arrival, rooms, dining, public space, surroundings

Every property in this guide is described through the same five lenses: arrival, rooms, dining, public space and surroundings. That sequence is deliberate. It keeps the reader from comparing a marketing headline on one page with a facilities list on another.

Arrival covers how the place presents itself at the threshold — city hotel, resort campus, countryside lodge — without inventing a journey time or a transfer product. Rooms are described as part of the building and the landscape, not as a catalogue of floor plans.

Dining and public space note the character of shared areas and meals at a property level. Surroundings close the entry by placing the stay in its immediate setting: waterfront, mountain, downtown or open country. Together the five categories form a short, comparable portrait.

Section 2

Why the entries carry no prices, no availability and no star-ranking of our own

Prices are absent because they are not stable facts for an editorial page. A figure printed here would age within days and would invite the guide to behave like a shop. We refuse that role.

Availability is likewise outside our scope. This site does not query calendars, hold rooms or imply that a stay can be secured through us. When a reader needs those facts, the official listing is the correct place.

We also do not invent a star ranking of our own. Where a star class is noted, it is the property’s stated class used as a descriptive label, not a score we calculated and not a league table across the guide.

Section 3

Where the photography comes from and what it does and does not show

Photographs on catalogue cards illustrate the property named beside them. They are documentary in intent: façades, setting and atmosphere rather than a promise about a specific suite or view.

An image captures a moment. Light, season and landscaping change. What you see on a listing page later may differ. We do not treat photography as a contract for condition or layout.

Hero frames on the homepage are atmospheric only. They introduce the tone of the guide; they are not assigned as cards for those properties on that page. Catalogue pages carry the formal entries.

Section 4

How to use the listing links, and why the official listing page is always the authority

Each catalogue card ends with a single outbound control: Open the Listing Page. That link goes to the official listing URL supplied for the property. No other external destinations appear on this site.

The listing page is always the authority. If our description and the listing diverge, trust the listing. Properties renovate, rename dining rooms and revise house rules; we cannot shadow every change in real time.

Use the link when you are ready for operational detail. Until then, the catalogues and editorial pages are meant to help you read places in a consistent voice — quietly, without a sales funnel.
